Product Description
We have two style pipe bending machines. They are manual hydraulic cylinder pipe bending machine and automatic pipe bending machine equipped with a hydraulic pump. The hand operating pipe cutter models are SWG-1, SWG-2, SWG-3, SWG-4, and SWG-5 and the electric auto operating pipe cutter models are DWG-1, DWG-2, DWG-3, DWG-4 and DWG-5. The manual pipe bending machine can be portable because we install wheels on it. The automatic pipe bending machines works fast because it’s equipped with a pump.
These machines can bend pipe size from1/4 inch to 5 inches. The detailed pipe size for each model working range is as follows.
SWG1 & DWG1: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" (With 6 bending molds)
SWG2 & DWG2: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2" (With 6 bending molds)
SWG3 & DWG3: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3" (With 8 bending molds)
SWG4 & DWG4: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4” (With 9 bending molds)
SWG5 & DWG5: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4”, 5” (With 10 bending molds)
These pipe bending machines are made of strong nodular cast iron. They are designed for common water pipe, conductor pipe, gas pipe, thick steel pipe, and so on. The bending angle could be from 180 degrees to 90 degrees. If you need any other details or have any questions please directly ask me.
