Mushroom growing bag filling machine(production line)
Mushroom bagging machine is letinous edodes in the process of planting, the mushroom culture material into letinous edodes culture of edible fungi in bag machinery.
The bag filling machine will play an important role in process of mushroom growing.
This mushroom substrate filling machine is designed for Mushroom,Fungus,edible fungi, etc bagging. the machine mainly consist of mushroom strains hopper with mixing shaft, stainless steel bag sleeve, pedal or mechanical arm for operating. The capacity depends on Worker's operational proficiency, usually can pack 900-1200bags/h.saving large time and labor cost. widely used in mushroom produciton.
The filing machine adopts the screw drum combined structure, it is intelligent program control, one button to flexibly adjust the length and tightness, double sliders and auto open, fault alarm, digital display, mainly used to filling the long bags of the oyster mushrooms and black mushrooms growing. Specially suitable for oyster ,shii-take , fungus , Pleurotus eryngii ,needle mushroom .

1.Crusher
Crush raw material to make culture Medium.
Suitable material : Crushed wheat bran , wheat straw , corn stalk , corn comb , wood sawdust , Bamboo powder and other agriculture material
2.Feeding conveyor
If your capacity is bigger and need use few sets machines , then you need use the conveyor belt to transport the material.
3.Mixer
this machine used to mix all kinds of material together and then wait for filling the bags .
4.Growing bag filling machine:
In whole mushroom plant, bag filling machine is necessary. Of course, different mushroom farm scale, different bag filling machine models. As usual, there are three models capacity: 1. 500bags/hour capacity 2. 800bags/hour capacity 3.1200bags/hour capacity.
Please note, filling efficiency will be affected by some other factors, such as worker operate the machine well or not, compost bag size is big or small etc. For example, when you grow erygnii mushroom in 17*35cm Bag, each bag hold 1.1kg compost; when you grow oyster mushroom in 22*48cm Bag, each bag hold 2.5kg compost.
