Normally,it takes us 30 days after receiving the deposit,Repeat order only need 15-20 days.Sample 3-7 days.
Q4: Where to load to goods?
A: Ningbo or other port, either is fine.
Q5: What payment terms can you accept?
A:Normally we accept payment term as T/T 30% and 70% balance before the delivery.
Q6: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes,we have plenty experience in OEM and ODM Service. Please feel free contact us with details.

A:Every Model We Test 100% Before Shipping,Test Video supply to every customer.

A:For Controller,We Guarantee 6 month,Motor With 1 Year ,Battery 1 Year, kick scooter 1 Year.

A:Yes, please send your logo to us and we would design and make the draft drawing of the product with your logo.

A:Sure, we do have more experience on that, we designed for over 20 countries customer last year.

A:You could use the Alibaba Trade Assurance for your payment, if the delivery is not match the contract, the Trade Assurance would make your money safe. Sametime we also deal offline traditional orders.
