1) Can you confirm you are manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer ourselves, we have our own factory located in Qingdao.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Our products are medium and high end products.Normally, we will charge sample cost for that, and it can be refunded in mass production.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
The sample lead time is about 7 days.
4) What is the leadtime for mass production?
Usually it is about 25-35 days depending on quantity.
5) What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance when clients receive draft b/l. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
6)How could I install the racks?
We provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf. If needed,we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
7)What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
