Repair tire method:
1. Clean the surface of the wound that needs to be repaired on the tire and make a mark.
2. Use a grinder to roughen the surface of the wound, with an area slightly larger than the wound.
3. Apply the mixture of raw rubber and gasoline (or use hot glue) evenly on the roughened area with a brush.
4. Cut the appropriate size of glue and apply it to the wound. If the wound is large, overlap the glue.
5. Press the hot head onto the raw rubber (if possible, a thin layer of aluminum or iron plate can be placed on top of the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of the hot head, press the screw tightly, and fix the tire.
6. Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will be on.
7. Turn on the timer switch and set it to the appropriate position. During cold start, it can be set to "7", while during hot start, the time can be slightly shorter. If no timing is required, it can be set to the manual gear, and the hot head will start working.
8. At the end of vulcanization, the tire repair machine automatically cuts off the power supply of the hot head.
9. Manually turn off the power switch, loosen the tire pressing screw, carefully remove the hot head, remove the tire, and complete the entire tire repair process
Notes:
1. The power cord must be safely grounded, and it is best to install a leakage protection switch on the power supply. When replacing the fuse, the power supply must be cut off.
2. Be careful when removing the perm to avoid burns.
3. Equipment must be kept away from corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis.
4. If a long wound on the inner tube needs to be repaired, an elliptical bottom plate should be used, and small eyes should be drilled at both ends of the wound to prevent cracking and air leakage after inflation.
5. If there is dirt sticking to the hot head after use, it should be polished clean with fine sandpaper, otherwise it will affect the flatness and smoothness of the tire repair.
