The LMK-GZ-A series
This high negative pressure purifier is a purification device specially designed for industrial dust and particulate matter. It is light, flexible and easy to operate. It is also widely used in chemical industry, electronics, metal processing, tobacco, glass, pharmaceuticals, food processing, purification Rooms, hospitals and other industries and other places with dust and smoke pollution.
Metals will produce a variety of toxic and harmful gases during industrial grinding or other processing. With high negative pressure purifiers, based on the properties of the gases in the dust and processing characteristics, we will conduct experiments to ensure that no secondary pollution will occur and no impact will be caused. In workshop operations, multi-stage purification devices are used to purify dust without affecting the life of the equipment.
High negative pressure purifier is mainly suitable for purifying dry, oil-free and non-corrosive smoke and dust gas generated by cutting and grinding. In addition, this product is designed as a two-level filter. The first level is centrifugal filtration of large particles of sparks, and the second level is filtration of fine dust. This purifier is the preferred dust purification equipment for industrial processing, cutting dust removal, and grinding dust removal.
The cutting and grinding smoke enters the interior of the purifier through the suction duct under the high negative pressure of the equipment. The cutting and grinding smoke with sparks is isolated and separated by the fire barrier before entering the purification chamber, while a part of the cutting and grinding smoke has residual temperature. The smoke and dust airflow is evenly distributed inside the purification chamber by the baffle so that it can be better purified by the bag. Larger particles of smoke sink into the ash collecting hopper under the action of centrifugal gravity, while small particles of floating dust are suspended inside the purification chamber under the action of the vortex generated by suction to be filtered by the bag. After the small particles of dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the bag undergo aggregation, combination and other effects, they fall and sink into the interior of the ash collection hopper under the action of backflushing. The purified airflow is discharged inside the workshop to provide workers with a healthy working environment.
