Product Description
Raw vermiculite flakes
Vermiculite is one of the lightest minerals in the world. The vermiculite flakes have formed the shape above after being heated and expanded in a high-temperature kiln at 1200 degrees Celsius. A small vermiculite like this contains over 12000 pores, each of which has a strong adsorption effect. Under high temperature roasting, raw vermiculite forms granular expanded vermiculite, which is lightweight, porous, has a high melting point, and low thermal conductivity. It is a good insulation material, mainly used as a building insulation material. A 15cm thick cement vermiculite slab is burned at a high temperature of 1000 ℃ for 4-5 hours, and the back temperature is only about 40 ℃. The 7cm thick vermiculite plate was welded with a flame mesh and burned at a high temperature of 3000 ℃ for five minutes. The front melted and the back was held by hand without feeling hot. So it is very suitable for making high-temperature insulation materials.
The vermiculite raw ore material extracted from the vermiculite mine is broken and classified, which includes the crusher of the raw vermiculite, etc., and divided into vermiculite flakes of different diameters.
