What Exactly is a Tire Debeading Machine or Tire Debeader?
Tire debeader is a specially designed equipment to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls. After debeading, you send the tire for the shredding process. The
tire bead extractor

The motor drives the hydraulic system and the oil cylinder of the double hooks tire steel wire drawing machine, and the draw hook is connected to the draw rod of the oil cylinder. Due to the movement of the oil pump and the oil cylinder, the draw hook is reciprocated. Place the tire on the feeding mouth, extend the pull hook out of the feeding mouth, hook the inner steel part of tire ring, and then start the button.
