Q2: How many kinds of fragrance can you offer?
A2:Our fragrance is from the world ranking TOP 10 fragrance house. All the fragrances we use conform to IFRA (https://ifrafragrance.org), and is safe for our intended use.
As long as the production MOQ is met, we provide a variety of fragrances for male and female can be chosen.
Q3: For cream, what kinds of efficacy and types of cream can your company manufacture?
A3: Anti-aging / Anti-wrinkle / Moisturizing / Whitening / Sensitive care / Anti-acne / Natural hormone fortifying / Slimming / Bust-firming / Hand / Foot care

Q4: Can you replicate other established products?
A4: Even if we use the most advanced instrument, it couldn’t precisely analyze the whole proportion of formula because it’s already a mixture. However, we can try to manufacture and match the texture, fragrance, appearance and function according to the ingredient list as far as possible.
Q5: In terms of custom service, can your company help us to customize our own ingredients and compositions?
A5: Sure, we can help you develop your own ingredients, and each formulation is unique to the customers who work with us. We won’t share the same formulation to other customers. This can be further discussed.
Q6: Based on the cream production, what would the MOQ be (Wholesale & ODM)?
A6:The MOQ for Cream manufacture is :
ODM : 25KG
Wholesale : 500pcs with 50ml bottle
Q7: In terms of production of cosmetic cream, what is the capacity of your factory and how long will the lead time be?
A7: Our production line is flexible, the cream can be manufactured from minimum 25KG up to maximum 800KG, lead-time is approximately 14 working days.
Q8: Does sample be provided for market testing (Quantity / Payment)?
A8:We offer some free samples (with small amount 20ml of white bottle) for the new clients to check quality, texture…etc. You only need to pay for the shipping expense by your location.
