Note: The actual width of the heat shrinkable film skin product is 610mm-650mm, and the usable width is 600mm.And has a layer of transparent bottom film, the Usable part weight is 1/2.

PE film is chosen as the basic material for the skin, which is rewound by printing, coloring, white printing, covering the hot melt adhesive layer BOPP film, protection and other processes. The back of the film skin is coated with adhesive.

Satisfactory results can be obtained if the temperature of the iron meets the following range before operation:
1. 140℃ -150℃ is the suitable temperature for adhering to wood materials.
2. 160℃ -180℃（ high temperature ） is the suitable temperature for Hot Shrink Covering Film shrinkage and tension.
3. 120℃ -130℃（ low temperature ） is the suitable temperature for surface decoration. It is not easy to produce bubbles and can adhere to Film very well.
4. The temperature of the iron should be controlled between 150℃ -160℃ during shrinkage, and the irons should be kept moving at a uniform speed. Aeromodel irons are also available in our shop. Click the picture to buy them directly.

Usage: tear off the bottom film of the heat shrinkable film, put the film on the aircraft model skeleton, heat it at the skeleton with a hot iron or a hot blower, the adhesive will work and bond the film to the skeleton, then heat it on the surface of the film with a hot iron, and the film will shrink immediately after heating, forming a tight but smooth outer skin.
