Tips for the meat slicing machine
1. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put the hand near the blade edge to avoid injury.
2. frozen meat, the freezing temperature is generally -4 degrees to 3 degrees, usually with a fingernail gently press center of frozen meat will feel soft feeling. If the temperature is too low, the meat is too hard. Wait meat to thaw properly; the meat must not contain bones.
3. When the machine is cleaning, maintenance and lubrication, please turn off the power and dial the power plug and after the thick test adjustment knob is turned to “0” position. Never clean or move while the machine is turning.
4. Pay attention to the grease so that it will not flow to food or food contact parts, so as not to contaminate the food.
5. Before the sharpening knife should be left on the blade of fat and meat debris clean, keep the blade and the wheel clean and dry, otherwise the surface of the wheel is fat and meat paste paste after death, not easy to grind.
6. When using, if the blade is too thick or other reasons cause the blade does not turn, you must immediately turn off the power, rectify the fault after troubleshooting, otherwise it will cause the motor heating surface damage.
