Stainless Steel Industrial Wiped Film Evaporator Alcohol Cardanol Molecular Distillation
The short range (molecular) distillation unit is a thin-film evaporator which inherits the built-in condenser. In the evaporator, the scraping system distributes the materials evenly on the inner wall of the heated evaporator, and the evaporated light components are condensed in the condenser built into the cold start of the steam. The distance between the evaporator and the internal condenser is very short, and there is almost no pressure drop. From laboratory type to industrial scale, the operating pressure can reach 0.001 mbar under distillation state. All evaporators are heated by commercial heat transfer medium (such as heat transfer oil), and the characteristics of products and liquid film and condensation can be seen during distillation.

Product features:
1. Operating at a temperature far lower than the boiling point of the material, and the material residence time is short, which is conducive to the separation of high boiling point, heat sensitive and easily oxidized materials;
2. It can effectively remove the substances in liquid, such as organic solvent, odor, etc., which is a very effective method for the solution after solvent extraction;
3. Selective volatilization products can be selected to remove other impurities, and more than two substances can be separated at the same time by multistage separation;
4. The vacuum degree of distillation is high, the vacuum degree can be below 0.001 PA, and the internal vacuum degree can be very high. Usually molecular distillation is operated under very low pressure, so the material is not easy to be oxidized and damaged;
5. The distillation liquid film is thin, with high heat transfer efficiency, and the film thickness is less than 0.5 mm;
6. The degree of separation is higher. Molecular distillation can separate the substances which are not easy to separate;
7. There is no boiling and bubbling phenomenon. Molecular distillation is the free evaporation on the surface of the liquid layer, which is carried out under low pressure. There is no dissolved air in the liquid. Therefore, the whole liquid can not be boiling and there is no bubbling phenomenon in the distillation process;
8. Provide a variety of specifications for customers to choose, which is suitable for small and medium-sized experiments. If larger evaporation area is required, it can be customized according to customer requirements;
9. Physical separation method, non-toxic, harmless, no pollution, no residue, can get pure and safe products;
10. The scraper system is made of PTFE and SS 316 L stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance;
11. The feed tank can be selected to realize the pre heating function, and the preheating temperature can be adjusted;
12. Each interface is sealed with fluoro rubber gasket with good air tightness. If the customer needs corrosion resistance, it can be replaced with tetrafluoroethylene material.
