Product Description
1. Width limited disc cutter
It is mainly composed of a disc knife, a fixed frame, a compression spring, and an adjustment device. The disc knife is driven by friction without power, and is mainly used to cut the ground and weeds along both sides of the potato ridge, which is beneficial to the excavation of the excavating parts. Prevent the stems and weeds on both sides of the machine from being entangled and blocked.
2. Digging parts
It is mainly composed of knife holder, knife bar, main shovel, auxiliary shovel and digging angle adjustment mechanism. It is used to dig up potatoes and soil in the whole width. At the same time, the auxiliary shovel can prevent hard objects such as stones from damaging the conveyor chain.
3. Repression depth limit device
It is mainly composed of profiling depth-limiting wheel, bracket and adjustment mechanism. The profiling depth-limiting wheel is used to control and adjust the digging depth of the digging shovel, and loosen the potato and soil, which is beneficial to the separation of potato and soil in the later stage.
4. Combination of grid conveying separation screen and shaking wheel
It is mainly composed of toothed belts, steel grid bars, driving wheels, driven wheels and shaking wheels. The conveyor belt is driven by the driving wheel, which is made of rubber teeth, which meshes well with the steel grating, has light wear and long service life; this type of conveying and separating screen is reliable in use, and the potatoes are less damaged. The shaking wheel can vibrate and transport the separation screen to improve the separation ability of potatoes and soil.
5. Strip collecting device
The separated and cleaned potatoes are transported to the rear of the machine, and the potatoes are laid on the ground by adjusting the width of the baffle for easy picking.
