Whetstone
1st:Grit: 1000/3000, 2000/6000, 3000-8000
For the sharpening,we recommend a medium grit sharpening stone and a fine grit finishing stone.
2nd:Submerge the whetstone in water for about five to ten minuters to soak.
3rd:Place the stone on a slip-resistand base(our bamboo case are with non-slip mat) such as a towel.
4th:Use light pressure.
