A: Our factory located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
3.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally our delivery time is within 15 working days. Ayan occupies a 2000 M2 production base, is able to guarantee our quality and fast delivery to users. Genuine products are assured by factory direct sales.
4.Q: What are your MOQ and your payment term?
A: Our MOQ is 1 set. While the value is less than 10,000USD, 100% prepayment. While the value more than 10,000 USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipping.
5.Q: What is your package?
A: Sufficient inner protection with different materials, including bubble bag, foam board and foam grain. Then pack into plywood boxes or cartons for different products.
6.Q: How to install the apparatus and how to operate?
A: All of our apparatus are designed by simplicity assembly. The critical parts will be fixed in our plant and the whole equipment is debugged and tested before transportation.
