1. Material:

We, as well as many other factories, mainly 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin, also, to meet different demands, say let the product looks not shiny or blinking, 0.47mm is better, less thickness but same quality which is also popular in American and Australia.

Also, we use PLATO PVC tarpaulin material for our products only, which now is the TOP1 PVC tarpaulin supplier in China.

2. Stitching:

1. Double stitching for every stitching part, quadruple for reinforcement part.

3. Drawstring/Baffle

W hich used to connect two piece of meterial to form a wall(base) or air chamber .

We use PVC tarpaulin material, while you may find oxford one which is lighter, cheaper, less durable.

D-ring set:

4 layers PVC tarpaulin base with 316stainless steel D rings together consisits our anchoring system.

Printing:

Digital printing, silk print (screen printing), hand painting.Vector formal image is best for digital printing.

Blower:

Certificated blowers with different standard and power level are available.

Usually products are folded before rolled up and packed in a PVC tarpaulin bag, blowers in hardboard carton box.

A powder and film will be used for printing product as a protection.
