You can print your logo and most of the parts of products you can change the color, just need to provide Pantone Number. 3. Can we get your samples? Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The Delivery Fee will be on buyer’s account. 4. What is the minimum order quantity? The MOQ is 1000pcs. 5. What is the normal lead time? A. For the first order, because it needs some time to confirm the design of color box/ manual/ Product color, it needs 45 days after confirmed all packing designs. B. For the repeated order, production time only needs 30 days. 6. What is your payment term? A. T/T, L/C,Paypal ect B. For bulk production: Option A:30% pay in advance, 70% before shipping Option B:40-50% pay in advance,the balance within one week after B/L copy 7. What is your shipping way? We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc. 8. How do you control the quality? We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing. 9. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us? When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If any breakage or defect products were found, you MUST take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containers not included. Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
