2. Can you get one piece of sample for us to take the quality test?
Sure. We can provide existing samples or custom samples for you to test the quality before bulk production.

3. Can you help us to make a design? Or can we use your design for our brand?
Sure. We have a professional design team. They can help you with design as long as you let us know your idea as clearly as possible. If you’d like to use our design for your brand, please contact us. We can have a discussion then.

4. If we would like to customize cycling wear with our design, what do you need from us？
We need the vector file in the format of ai, pdf, or eps based on CMYK mode. If you have specific requirements on color, please note us the Pantone C color or CMYK code.

5. Can we do our own template of cycling wear?
Sure. We can make your own template if you can get an actual sample.

6. What is your lead time for sampling and bulk production?
The lead time is ONE WEEK for sampling and 20 to 35 working days for bulk production from the date when everything is confirmed,
which will be based on your order quantity.

7. Can you provide a shipping service?
Sure. We support shipping by DHL, FedEx, and UPS (they are all door-to-door services) or by sea if you want.

8. What is your after-sale service?
