1. How many commonly used protective gases are there?
There are two types of nitrogen or argon:
--It is recommended to use nitrogen for stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheets and cold-rolled sheets for better welding effect;
--It is recommended to use argon gas for aluminum, copper and titanium alloys for better welding effect. For titanium alloys, argon gas can effectively reduce the cracks caused by the embrittlement of the weld after welding.
2. When welding aluminum plates, do I need to re-find the laser focus?
Yes, because aluminum is a highly reflective material, the focus is different from stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.
3. Do I need to clean the lens in time to protect it from stains?
