Specifications
1. Rose & Riser Beam: "ONE-piece" pressure mold production method and reasonable section design, very strong loading capacity, can evenly separate the platform loading, after installation, can support the whole platform.
2. Tension Bracing: Through bolted to the frame to provide additional stability, all bracing is coined to remove sharp edges, all ends rounded for safety.
3.Slant Row Frame Design: Load-tested and certified for 30 tier single stack sections up to 777cm, lye engineered slant frame design delivers improved cantilever strength and capacity. It also simplifies the installation process, reducing downtime for the facility. Critical support areas are all fastened with bolts, lock washers and hex nuts.
4. Integral Motor Operation: With the integral motor operation, our system can be controlled smoothly and easily. There are different ways to operate the motor moving such as pendant control and remote control.
5. Adjustable Flexibility Support: By adjusting the screw, changing the height of the chain wheel and adjusting the deck stabilizers position, the system can be opened and closed smoothly without shaking, knocking and much noise.
