Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer.
Q2: Can I mix items in one container? What is the MOQ required?
A:
Yes, we accept mix items, MOQ depend on the style,
usually will be 5pcs per color.
Q3: Do you make customized design?
A: Yes. OEM&ODM is available, you can show us your design, and it is better to ship us your original sample.
Q4: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, but we need to charge sample fee.
Q5: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally we use T/T, and usually is 50% deposit and pay the balance before shipment.
Q6: What is the delivery time?
A:
One 40'HQ can be finished within 35-40days, if urgent, we can discuss and try to move up.
Q7: Warranty?
A: 1 year. After 1 year, if clients tell us any problem, we try our best to help them. So far, no complaints came after 1 year.
