Pre-heating machine and homogenizer
Pasteurization Tank:
Usually adopts 95 Celsius, 300s pasteurization technology, starch fully expands at this stage to form viscosity.
Fermenter and cooling tank:
It adopts scraping wall mixing, which can be stirred evenly. It is made of 304 stainless steel. It has the function of heating, sterilization, fermentation and cooling.
The cooling tank is composed of tank, mixer part, control panel. It is easy to operate.
