GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The newly-developed TIG AC/DC P seri es, of AC/DC and pulse welding equipment , features in not only weld ing stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel and other nonferrous metals with DC function, but also welding aluminum and alloy aluminum with AC function. For instance, it is available for welding skateboard and bicycle made of aluminum. The power exchange rate of this welding equipment are over 85%, and it is energy-saving. The main types available are TIG 200 P AC/DC , TIG 250 P AC/DC and TIG 315 P AC/DC.
The application and development of Inverter technology of welding equipments, benefiting by the invention of high power switch Components, enables this TIG welding equipments functioning with HF of 100KH z , thus it reduces the volume and weight of the main components (transformers and electric reactor). The application of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology enables the concentration and stability of current output and the much more precisely and convenient current adjusting. The unique structuring designing enables the disassembly and maintaining of this welding equipment and maximizes the EMI.
With the exclusive HF Inverter technology, TIG AC/DC P series, in comparison to the traditional welding equipment, possesses more advantages, such as smaller in volume, lighter in weight, higher power exchange rate and more energy saving; in comparison to the imported welding equipment, excellent adoptability of electricity networks. The most outstanding feature is the application of twice square waves Inverter technology, enabling the pure square wave output, the arc stability, the energy focus, the better reverse cleaning capability, the wider clean width, and the arc sustaining, avails the excellent welding characteristics of this welding equipment.
A pedal controller, which makes the modulation of current convenient, is available for this TIG AC/DC P series; in the initiate stage of welding and wire feeding, the enlarger current output and heating are accessible and the application of pedal controller improves the welding efficiency, and the welding performance. The pulsed welding is accessible only by the pedal pulsed controller. A welding torch, including the relevant cable, gas tube, and connector, is available for this Inverter TIG AC/DC welding equipment. Also there are nozzles, connector, and handles available.
