SPS3000 screw valve is specially designed for precision solder paste dispensing process. The system controls the precise rotation angle of the screw. The solder paste moves along the cavity of the screw thread groove and is extruded from the precision needle to achieve precise quantitative dispensing, which can meet different product applications.
SC30 screw valve controller realizes single point and line drawing mode. The amount and speed of solder paste applied in single point mode can be set. In line drawing mode, the amount and speed of solder paste applied. SC30 controller can directly communicate and control with SOFOBOT desktop robot, can accept trigger IO signal or foot pedal signal, and the configuration can be set through RS232 signal.
