Usage Tips
1. Please connect the NVR system to the power cable and network cable, VGA port to the display, connect the camera to 12V/1A power supply, the camera and NVR system will be matched automatically.
2.The APP to connect WiFi is XM EYE . When connecting WiFi, please keep the network cable connection between NVR and router.
3. The security camera and NVR system need to be connected to the power supply, and the power cable is included in the package. Please note to use 12V/2A power cord for NVR system otherwise it will not be able to boot the hard disk, 12V/1A power cord for camera.
4. The network supported by the security camera system is 2.4GHZ.
5. The right mouse button of the security camera is used to return to the previous level menu in the system settings.
6. The distance between the security camera's NVR system and the camera can be connected within 98 feet. If there is signal interference or walls, the actual connection distance will be affected.
7. NVR system can be connected wirelessly to 4 cameras, but also can be connected to a TV.
8. The security camera NVR system does not comes with thehard drive(which needs to be ordered separately), please let us know if you need it.
9. The maximum capacity of the supported hard disk is6TB, and the interface is SATA.
10. The camera can not pan, rotate or zoom, and the camera angle is fixed after installation.
11. The camera can be set to alarm/application push notification/color night vision/infrared night vision
12. The camera and NVR system are wirelessly connected, and will automatically match after plugging in, or you can use a network cable to connect the camera to the NVR system to improve stability.
13. The camera can be waterproof IP65, NVR system case can not be waterproof, so please do not put the system outdoors.
14. Wireless security camera means no network cable connection between the camera and the NVR system, but the NVR system and security camera both need to be plugged into the power cord, when using WiFi software XM EYE, the NVR system needs to connect the network cable to the router.
