Note : Copper bonded earth rods-254 microns are manufactured by electroplating 99.9% pureelectroytic
copper onto a low carbon steel bar with high tensile strength (minimum 600N/mm 2 ). To preventoxidation
of copper bonding, each rod is treated with Benzol Trizole derivatives. Threads on the rods are formed by
rollthreading process giving extra strength to the threads and eliminating risk of chipping of threads while
driving the rod in the ground. The rods are Externally threaded and matched with couplers inter.
