Description:
1. HVT series Semiautomatic Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packaging Machine, is a new type of widely-used packaging machine, which can automatically perform processes of vacuum, gas-flushing, sealing, printing (optional) & film-cutting, featuring high efficiency, good sealing, nice packing appearance & easy operation.
2. HVT-450M machine is designed with only one working chamber. Only after one packing cycle is finished can user take the packed tray(s) out then put new one(s) for another packing cycle.
3. HVT-450F machine is designed with two working chambers. When one working chamber is packing the tray(s), user can take the packed tray(s) out from another working chamber (if there’s a packing cycle ahead) then put new one(s) for another packing cycle.
Features:
1. Adopt electricity, gas & mechanism control. The user interface is realized with the touch screen against programmable logic controller (PLC), featuring adjustable process parameters, easy & reliable control and low error rate.
2. With real-time display function for process states & errors, user can follow up the process states to ensure normal operation.
3. Being designed with emergency stop switch, the running machine can be stopped urgently for the human & machine security when abnormal situation occurs.
4. HVT series Semiautomatic Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packaging Machine for tray in special size can be customized.
Application:
1. HVT series Semiautomatic Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packagin machine, apply to automatic film-sealing of the tray made of PP, PE material.
2. The vacuum gas-flushing packed tray (the products height must not exceed the tray height) can prolong the products shelf life while keeping the products to be fresh and preventing the products from moisture & mold, like the variety of fresh products, fast-food & students lunch food in the supermarkets.

* Film material: PET/CPP, PET/PE, OPP/CPP, EVOH, aluminum foil & other applicable compound film.
