Production Process
All shoes to do at the beginning of the need for need for our designer to determine the program,the shoes have any changes,our designers have to research one by one.

Natural cowhide needs to be 100% hand-cut to ensure that every piece of leather we give our customers is the best of the cow.
Some shoes designs require an infinite number of different leather components,which is exactly what we need our workers to plan purely by hand stitching.
Every shoe has a shoe last, and the existence of a shoe last is to perfectly display the curvature of the shoe. Our factory has a specialized machine to fix the shoe upper onto the shoe last.
FITTING THE MOLDS
To go through countless serious vacuum,flapping,in order to make the perfect fit of the shoe mold,in order to make the shoe has always maintained a shape.
Natural cowhide will always have many pores,but also not bright enough,then it needs constant polishing,so that the skin becomes more smooth.
Some shoes have fuzz on them, so we have to go through countless processes to ensure they fit perfectly.
The upper is made by our factory, and then our factory combines the purchased sole with our upper.
Then, glue the insole onto the midsole of the shoe. A pair of shoes will be ready
.
Finally, the finished shoes will undergo quality inspection. Our factory has specialized quality inspection machines to inspect every pair of shoes.
