How to replace the blade
1. Loosen the nut and remove the washer.
2. Withdraw the pivot.
3. Install a new rotary cutter blade on the safeguard
4. Assemble the pivot, washer, and nut accurately
5. Push forward the switch to CLOSE position whenever not operate.
6.The unique safeguard could swivel its angle automatically through the operator's pressure.
