The candy dissolver is used in the first step of candy prodcution. Main raw material sugar, glucose, water etc is heated inside to 110℃ around and transfer to storage tank by pump. According to different demand, electrical heating and steam heating is for option. Stationary type and tiltable type is for option.

AZ400/600 Continuous vacuum Cooker

This unit is used for cooking hard boiled candy syrup through vacuum. The syrup is transfered into cooking tank by speed adjustable pump from storage tank, heated into required temperature by steam, flow into the chamber vessel, enter into vacuum rotary tank via a unloading valve. After the vacuum and steam processing, the final syrup mass will be stored. The machine is easy for operation and maintenance, has the advantage of reasonable mechanism and stable working performance, can guarantee the quality of the syrup and long using life.

CT300/600 Vacuum Air-inflation Cooker

This unit is the cooking machine for the soft candy and nougat candy making plant. It mainly consists of cooking part and air aeration part. Main ingredients are cooked to around 128℃,cool down to around 105℃ by vacuum and flow into air aeration vessel. Syrup fully mixed with inflating medium and air in the vessel until air pressure raise to 0.3Mpa. Stop the inflation and blending, discharge the candy mass onto cooling table or mixing tank. GDQ300 Soft jelly candy cooker

This jelly candy cooker is specially designed for the high-quality jelly candies of gelatin and pectin based etc. It has the jacketed tank with water heating or steam heating and equipped with the rotating scraper. The syrup is pumped from the dissolver to the upper blending tank by vacuum, under this process, syrup moisture can be removed quickly and concentrated syrup temperature can be cooled down in short time. After reaching required temperature, transfer the prepared gelatin liquor into tank and mix with syrup. Fully mixed gelatin candy mass automatic flow into lower storage tank, ready for next process. All the required data can be set and displayed on touch screen and all the process can be automatic controlled by PLC program.

ZH400/600 Automatic Weighing and Mixing System

This machine offers automatic weighing, dissolving, mixing of raw material with inline transport to one or more production lines. The sugar and all the raw material are automatic mixed through electronic weighing and dissolving. The liquid materials transfer are connected with the PLC system, and pump into the mixing tank after correction weighing process. The recipe can be programmed in PLC system and all ingredients are weighed correctly to keep on going into the mixing vessel. Once all ingredients are fed into the vessel, after mixing, the mass will be transferred into the processing equipment.Different recipes can be programmed into PLC memory for convenient use.
