FAQ
Q1. What certificates do you have?
A: We have IATF 16949 CERTIFICATE (previously ISO/TS16949), and REMANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE, and are running under these quality management systems.
Q2. What is your terms of packaging?
A: We normally pack our crankshafts / long block engines in high strength carton or plywood case.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: 100% deposit by T/T if in stock. Otherwise, T/T 50% as deposit, 50% balance before delivery, which is negotiable.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 50 days after getting advance payment if no stock. The specific production lead time depends on the detailed product ordered and the quantity of your order. It is also subject to our production timetables.
Q5. Can you produce according to the sample or the engineering drawing?
A: Yes sure, as we are good at OEM. To produce a new product, we would need either sample or engineering drawing.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have in stock. We need to charge the sample cost and the courier cost. We do not make money out of samples, but we are looking for long term cooperation and partnership.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, 100% tested with our advanced inspection devices before delivery.
Q8. Can you supply other parts like bearings, connecting rods etc?
A: As factory we concentrate on the production in our scope. Nevertheless, we do trading as well. We can supply some peripheral parts. Please feel free to inquire.

A: Good quality, competitive price and heart-to-heart service to ensure our customers win out in their market.
