4 color plastic flex bag printing machine automatic lifting with round knife cutting
USE
This machine uses photosensitive resin soft plate as printing plate material, so called “flexographic printing machine”. It is suitable for printing various packaging materials as PE, PP, glass paper, roll paper and is a kind of ideal printing equipment for food package, supermarket handbag, vest bag and garment bag, etc.
Performance and Features
1. Simple operation, soft starting and accurate colour register.
2. The length counter can set the number of printing according to the requirement, automatic stop when arriving the number or fracturing material.
3. Pneumatic lifting and drop printing roller, the ink is automatically stirred after up and down.
4. It uses anilox roller to make good colour.
5. Reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, it will automatically break circuit when the machine stops.
6. It adopts vertical register control device which is 360 degree continuously adjustable.
7. Frequency control adapts to different printing speeds.
8. The roller seat and material shelf are equipped with jog function and stop button to facilitate the machine control when locking up plates.
