Cabinets and Accessories
(1) Rack: The whole is made of 40*60 * 1.5mm thick high quality cold rolled rectangular tube, the steel surface is treated, phosphated and other processes, then coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder, cured at 220 ℃ high temperature, smooth surface.
(2) Handle: Aluminium alloy/non-welded linear handle/C-shaped SS handle/inserted aluminium alloy handle.
(3) Rail: DTC 16 inch 3-section silent rail.
(4) Hinge: DTC 105 °/175 ° cushion hinge/stainless steel hinge.
(5) FRAME WHEELS: High quality original levelling casters from FootMaster are used, with a load capacity of over 1000kg on the workbench.
(6) Wheels for cabinet: High quality PU silent universal wheels with brake, heavy duty, high mechanical strength, shock absorbing, wear resistant, no damage to floor. Single wheel withstands 120kg.
Optional Cabinet Unit
① Wooden cabinet unit.
Cabinet thickness 15mm, doors and drawer fronts are made of high quality environmentally friendly double-sided MDF/melamine board of 18mm thickness, edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge strips. The edges are firm, clean, burr-free and firmly bonded.
② Steel cabinet unit.
1.0 mm full-thickness high-quality cold-rolled steel plate used as a whole; steel surface treatment, phosphating and other processes, and then electrostatic powder coated with epoxy resin, 220 ℃ high-temperature curing, the surface is smooth, the thickness of up to 1.15 mm ~ 1.2 mm. Cabinet door inside and outside the double-layer, filled with soundproof material.
