Introduction

Step1. Design: Our designers will firstly make a design absolutly according to our customer's demand and print the drawings out . The drawings will be sent to our producing department and quality control department.

Step2. Steel frame welding, equipment installing ,and testing: If the steel frame can continuously work for at least 24 hours without any problem, we'll go to the next step.

Step3. Shaping: Our workers will use high desity sponge to shape the appearance of the animatronic dinosaur according to the drawings.

Step4. Skin making: Workers will carve the sponge carefully to make any detail of the animatronic dinosaur be as true as possible. then use elastic fabric and silicon rubber to make the skin of the animatronic dinosaur.

Step5. Painting: The animatronic dinosaur will be painted according to the drawing after the silicon rubber dried.
