A: Our company is located in Hanoi, Vietnam with the factories in Hung Yen, Vietnam
Q2 : Can you provide free sample for us?
A: Yes, we can if it's available at our office
Q3 : What is your minimum order quantity ?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1 ton.
Q4 : What is your payment terms ? Do we need to pay in advance?
A: T/T, Western Union, PayPal, L/C ,... And you are supposed to make a deposit for us (about 30% total value of the order)
Q5 : What is your delivery time ?
A: Production time usually costs 15-20 days after the sample is confirmed and on receipt of deposit.
Q6 : Is OEM, ODM allowed?
A: Yes, customized material, thickness , size, color, printing, design are welcome .
Q7 : What should I supply before I get a quotation?
A: Please advise the material, thickness, size, printing, color, style, quantity and your other special requirements, so that we can give you an accurate quotation.
