2 Brief Introduction
2.1 Model Explanation:

3. Hydro Turbine Configuration
This series turbine is axial flow hydro turbine fixed pulp:water comes from intake,forbay,trash rack,and valve into the water charmer,pass the wicket to the runner.Then generate power by rotation.The tail water enters the tailrace channel.
When the load changes,adjust the overflow capacity by water guide mechanism .This will make sure the unit run under rated speed.The governor will control the open and close of the water guide mechanism.
3.1 Rotation Part
The discharge cone is fixed with nut to the lower part of rotor.The surface should be flat.
Rotor use taper to collect with motor shaft.There is wear sleeve between shaft and guide bearing.And it could be changed.
water guide mechanism function: Form and change the flow required by the hydro turbine.This will adjust the flow to meet the load.Close or open the water flow to start of stop the unit.
3.2 Guide Bearing
Water lubricated rubber bearing has a simple structure, has a certain vibration absorption, and the guide bearing can be close to the wheel, improve the stability of the unit. Using circular rubber tile structure, with water lubrication, water pressure should be maintained at 1-2kg/cm2, the amount of water is not less than 3m3/ hours. For the average annual sediment concentration less than 0.1kg/ m3 hydropower station, can directly use water from forebay for cooling and lubricating; when hydropower station with sand content higher than 0.1kg/ m3, it is better to set the filter, water is filtered and goes into the guide bearing (or other water source). The upper part of the guide bearing is sealed with a pressure flange.
The turbine radial and axial thrust bearing are mounted on the motor (see motor manual)
3.3 Governor Mechanism
The machine is an automatic governor (see the specifications for the governor).
