FAQ
1. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, but the price is not competetive for one piece. An ideal order quantity for production would be 100pcs or more.
2. What's the size for a chair mat?
Our standard size is 36''x48'', 45''x53'', 46''x60'', customized size is also aviliable, only there is mould cost existed.
3. Can logo be printed on the mats?
Sorry this kind of mat can not be printed any logo. But we can make a color paper along with the mat to show your logo.
4. How to get a free sample?
We can send a sample swatch at 10x15cm for quality reference, if price and quality is ok, you can release the bulk order first and arrange the deposit at the same time, then we will make a pre-production sample for approval before the mass production. Usually this way is preferable, as it can save the sample cost and time.
5. Samples availability for product evaluation
We're glad to provide some sample swatches at 10x15cm free of charge, you just need to pay for the freight cost. Please let me know if you have a carrier express account for us to use, so the parcel can be sent via "freight collect". If you do not have any account, we would caculate the freight cost and issue an invoice to you for payment arrangement, then the parcel can be sent via "freight prepaid" after the payment received. But we must receive the payment in full amount.
6. About payment term.
For order which amount less than USD3,000, we prefer 100% in advance, while for order amount over that, it would be 30% deposit, and 70% before shipment.
7. About the lead time
Usually the mass production, it is about 25 days after receipt of deposit.
