FRP Clear Fiberglass Wave Sheet

The main raw materials are glass fiber, resin, surface film and color paste. The selection of high-quality glass fiber material is the fundamental determinant of the quality of the lighting board; the chemical stability of the resin is the most appropriate; the surface film is very important, good film can effectively prevent ultraviolet and has excellent self-cleaning performance.
Finished product process:

The resin and color paste of different colors are evenly stirred and then transported to the production line. The glass fiber cut wire is scattered (excluding glue) or the glass fiber felt, resin and film are put into the oven together. The baking process mainly depends on temperature control. There will be several temperature zones during the processing.
The heating temperature of each temperature zone is different. The precise control of temperature can fully cure, so it is not easy to turn yellow and age. A good production line should have a computer-controlled temperature device and an oven of sufficient length.
