NBR rubber parts:
NBR is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is characterized by particularly good resistance to
gasoline and aliphatic hydrocarbon oil, which is second only to polysulfide rubber, acrylate and fluororubber, but better than other general rubber. Good heat resistance, air tightness, wear resistance and water resistance, and strong adhesion. The disadvantages are poor cold and ozone resistance, low strength and elasticity, poor acid resistance, poor electrical insulation and poor resistance to polar solvents. Operating temperature range: about - 30 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃. It is mainly used for manufacturing various oil resistant products, such as rubber pipes, etc.

FKM rubber parts:
1. Fluororubber has excellent high temperature resistance. It can be used for a long time at 250 ℃ and for a short time at 300 ℃.It has excellent aging and weather resistance.

EPDM characteristics: EPDM has strong chemical stability, electrical insulation, excellent weather resistance and water

Temperature resistance Silicone products take silicon oxygen (Si-O) bond as the main chain structure, the bond energy of C-C bond is 82.6 kcal / mole, and the bond energy of Si-O bond is 121 kcal / mole in silicone. Therefore, silicone products have high thermal stability, and the chemical bond of molecules does not break and decompose under high temperature (or radiation irradiation). Silicone is not only resistant to high temperature, but also resistant to low temperature. It can be used in a wide temperature range. Both chemical and physical mechanical properties change little with temperature. 2. Weather resistance The main chain of silicone products is - Si-O -, and there is no double bond, so it is not easy to be decomposed by ultraviolet light and ozone. Silicone has better thermal stability, radiation resistance and weather resistance than other polymer materials. The service life of silicone in natural environment can reach decades. 3. Electrical insulation performance Silicone products have good electrical insulation properties. Their dielectric loss, voltage resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, volume resistance coefficient and surface resistance coefficient are among the best among the insulation materials, and their electrical properties are little affected by temperature and frequency. Therefore, they are a kind of stable electrical insulation materials, which are widely used in electronic and electrical industries. Silicone not only has excellent heat resistance, but also has excellent water repellency, which ensures the high reliability of electrical equipment under wet conditions. 4. Physiological inertia Polysiloxane compounds are one of the most inactive compounds known. They are very resistant to biological aging, have no rejection reaction with animals, and have good anticoagulant properties. 5. Low surface tension and low surface energy The main chain of silicone is very flexible, and its intermolecular force is much weaker than that of hydrocarbons. Therefore, it has lower viscosity, weak surface tension, small surface energy and strong film-forming ability than hydrocarbons with the same molecular weight. This low surface tension and low surface energy are the main reasons for its application in many ways: hydrophobic, defoaming, foam stabilization, anti sticking, lubrication, polishing and other excellent properties.
