Brushed aluminum sheet is a manufacturing process in which the aluminum sheet is repeatedly scraped out of the wire strip with sandpaper. The process flow is mainly divided into three parts: deester, sand mill and water washing. In the aluminum sheet wire drawing process, the special skin film technology after anodizing can generate a skin film layer containing the metal composition on the surface of the aluminum sheet, which clearly shows each fine wire trace, so that the fine hair luster in the metal matte.
