1
) Carpal bones:
consists of 8 short bones, which are divided into two rows: the far and near. The proximal row is from the radial side to the ulnar side, which are scaphoid bone, lunate bone, triangular bone and pisiform bone in turn. The distal side is composed of multangular bone, trapezoid bone, capitate bone and hamate bone. Each carpal bone forms an intercarpal joint with adjacent joint surfaces. The proximal row of scaphoid bone, lunate, and triangular bones together form the joint head of the radiocarpal joint, which is articulated with the joint surface of the lower end of the radius.
2) Metacarpal bones:
There are a total of 5 metacarpal bones, with the first to fifth
metacarpal bones arranged from the radial to ulnar sides. The metacarpal bone belongs to the long bone, with the proximal end called the base of the metacarpal bone, adjacent to the carpal bone, and the distal end called the metacarpal head, which is jointed with the
phalanges. When clenching, the metacarpal bone is exposed subcutaneously.
3) Phalanges fingers:
a total of 14, with two thumb segments and three 2-5 fingers. From proximal to distal, the proximal phalanges, middle phalanges, and Distal phalangeal bone. The proximal end of the phalanx is the base, the middle part is the body, and the distal end is the trochlear. There is no trochlear at the distal end of the distal phalanx, and there is a rough protrusion on the palm surface, called the distal phalanx tuberosity (nail tuberosity).
