10Nm3/h Ammonia cracker gas furnace
The ammonia decomposition furnace is composed of liquid ammonia as raw materials, through catalytic pyrolysis to get 75% hydrogen and 25%nitrogen mixture gas. The chemical equation as below :
2NH 3 = 3H 2 + N 2
Application
1.Mainly used in steel and non-ferrous metals of bright annealing and tempering
2. Metal powder restore sintering and brazing protection,
3. Also can be used as other metal heat treatment electronics, chemical industry, ceramic production process of protective gas.
