This kind of cutting saw is designed for gypsum boards . Suitable for cutting gypsum board, calcium silicate board, foam board and all sorts of boards.Automatic Gypsum Board Cutting Machine is used to cut the gypsum laminated board according to required size. Specific working process is as following:
1. Boards are pushed into the carrying rollers by a lifting and pushing equipment (there is a device for rectifying deviation).
2.rip cutting. Boards are carried for first cutting.
3. then for second cutting.(Note:pulse dust-cleaning system can be equipped to remove and gather dust)
4. After two times cutting, boards will be stacked in 4 piles.(Note: if it is connected with Edge Banding Machine, this step can be ignored)then the board cutting will be finished.
